Moving to Utah? Everyone needs help every once in a while. How does that song go? "Lean on me, when you're not strong, and I'll be a friend, I'll help you carry on." That's what we do; we represent the people that you can lean on. There's a problem though, do you really want to lean on a Nate? or Adam? or how about a Kemp? Kemp sounds like some sort of fungus and nobody wants to lean on a Kemp/fungus. In order to make this a more appealing prospect I've given all of our movers nicknames:
Kemp - The Original Big Boy
Adam - Captain Big Boy
Garrett - Big Hussle Boy (Hus)
Derick - Little Big Boy
Nate - Bad Boy
Tony - Lover Boy
Ben - Always a Big Boy
Chris - Never a Big Boy
Matt - Build a Boy
Marc - Lost Boy
Vahid - Home Boy
Now our customers can call in and request these movers by name, "Can I get a Little Big Boy and a Home Boy?" I for one would much rather lean on a home boy than on a Vahid.
We hope that every customer has had a great experience with our service. We know that 100% satisfaction is regretfully unrealistic but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be a company's goal. We strive to hit that goal at the start of each move, day, week, month, year, and especially when we established our company.
Big Boy Movers will continue to make adjustments and train the best Big Boys possible.
